    Interesting idea. Lightning rods may make for somewhat weak thugs though. It might be better to put them on mages who can then hopefully hit the eagle kings with something nasty.

    I got a lucky event with a ... ... ... treelords staff. Sending instead of thistle mace.

    I can send Lesser Horrors to cut of retreat routes and such, so two astral boosters would be cool. Otoh I better wait until Starshine skullcaps.

    What I'd really need would be a water booster, to start with Ice Devils in two turns. I could supply at least half of the gems for a robe of the sea.

    Edit: Also I need a Black Steel Full Plate + Vine Shield and a ring of shock resistance.

    Anyone needing gold?

    I could really use some nature gems to start casting Haruspex with them.

    I can make black steel full plate really cheap (2 gems with pretender), but for the cost of time spent. I also have a crystal coin that's not really doing anything at the moment.

    If you have better things to forge, do that.

    But I'd need an anti Caelum thug quite urgently.

    Well, I found a better alternative and would only need a copper plate. If that could arrive next turn, that would be great.

    Edit: But the skull staff will have to wait. I have some death gems if someone else can make it though.

    That would be awesome, illuminated one. I don't have a copper plate or ring of tamed lightning but am forging both (was going to use the ring for a vandrott thug but if you really need it it's yours). Let me know if you need anything like earth boots, scepter of authority, etc, or just some gems.

    I'm forging a Skull staff and Thistle Mace this turn. I can keep making them if people send me nature gems - I have enough death for now, but more is -always- handy Smile

    I really need the Copper Plate and two astral boosters.
    Without them I've no chance to catch the Eagle Kings.

    I have an airmage myself now, but I don't have the air gems and every turn counts (especially the astral boosters are critical).


    I have penetration equipment if someone needs it if someone can do a rune smasher please forge it and keep it in your lab.

    I could do with 15-30 or so fire gems to slap some nice exploding domes on my fortress provinces - I could make do with 16, but the efficiency will be lower.

    This is a medium priority request - I've held out against the vets for Too Long now (see the official forums. I think I'm beginning to... irk them...) so I'm expecting a horrible wave of nasty spells to descend on me pretty soon. As I don't think they know I have fire, I'm hoping that they'll drop all of these spells on the one turn and, sure, I'll die, but hopefully lots of fire-vulnerable niefels or puny atlantean mages will burn in the execution of that attack.

    I'm fine for items though, just got to get enough troops and thugs out to hold my own against the torrent of Jarls and such that will be heading my way soon enough. I'm going to push for Darkness / Drain Life, and then for tartarians, not that I expect to reach either of those.

    Stretch, I've sent you a thistle mace (if it's for searching, can't have too many, eh. You can send it back if it turns out you don't need it) and a skull staff (I didn't forge another this turn as I'm low on death gems, but if you send me some more I can do at least 1 a turn. More, with more hammers)

    Some air would be just lovely, please, if there's some just floating around spare.

    Finally, if you could set your Location: at this board to Vanheim, that would make working out who to send stuff to much easier in the future, thanks!

    20D20A sent, with a hammer to help out. I'll be making as many mentors as I can once I get some skull staffs, but if someone can use hammers to make them for me I will reimburse gems (I only have 1D mages for now). I still have 32 gems and decent death income. I've only got 1F per turn, sorry I can't help there. Location set to vanheim.

    I will have seeking arrow and cloud trapeze next turn. Let me know if you see any particularly good provinces to rain some hell on (or send a Vandrott thug to). I see that Caelum has a province with a bunch of wizards in it (no fort) so I'll probably unload some seeking arrows there next turn. I see thunderstrikes so I'm not sure if he can really have any kind of domes up.

    Good Job on the Cloud Trapeze/Seeking Arrow thing. Maybe you can even return the favor of killing the god? I'm scouting Caelum and should soon know where he is. Smile

    I have some mentors, too, could hand some out to the nations with only little research, but I'm hurrying to Arch Devils/Leech atm, maybe in three turns I'm done.

    Seeking Arrows is Enchantment.
    As it happens I've just found a site with 50% Enchantment discount (the tree in 173). You can cloud trapeze in, build a lab and cast it for 2 gems.

    Holy crap... I will queue that for this turn, Illuminated. Awesome Very Happy Do you currently have troops there? I think that my ritual would take place before they have a chance to move, although I don't have the manual with me here.

    I have 13 air gem income and 40 or so saved up... looks like my vandrotts are going to be hanging out at the tree (under a dome of solid air in 2 turns when that research finishes). My vanjarls or whatever the 2A guys are called can do the fighting. Smile

    What do you make the assassins for?
    I have some myself which are a lot better than recruitables (they can kill even Niefel Jarls without equipment, only a few bloodslaves - Leech, Leech, Leech, Leech, Leech). Smile
    I need three turns to finish the research though.

    Gah, I made a booboo and I can't cast Fire Dome... not without a fire booster. If someone can forge one, I'd be very greatful.

    As such, I have a glut of fire gems I can't use for high-value things immediately - should I send them back?

    I can try and get to air dome instead, and air gems are vastly useful anyway, as they make such good equips.

    Yeah, I could do with another ring of water breathing for other mages, until I can forge one for myself. Just got to const 2.

    Could use some skull mentors (assuming const 2) is not high enough to forge them as I'm behind on research.

    EA Ermor has regular assassins as recruitables (properly outfitted they might be useful I was thinking) but yours are probably better. I'd like to yes, kill a Jarl or two, but mostly to kill Mysterio. Btw, Illuminated, where is Mysterio?
    When you get thoses assassins, he'd be a good target. I'd like to do some Mysterio hunting myself though. Smile

    Darloth, I'll hold off on the fire gems as you say you've now got plenty.
